Fs learning w/c 9th November

We continue our night and day topic in foundation stage this week. We have been looking at the book 'Owl babies' and acting out the story. We have our night time den that the children are enjoying exploring and learning about the nocturnal animals. The children are enjoying the new craft modelling area and we've been practising one more and one less in the birthday sponge cakes. It's very exciting this week as we have a new shoe shop in the classroom and the children have been learning how to measure their feet and serve customers.

Welcome back

Hello and welcome back! We hope you had a nice half term break. It has been lovely listening to the children tell us about their time off. Here are a few photos of what we have been doing this week in FS. We started a new topic about night and day and have been talking about nocturnal animals. We have some in our night time den. We have been talking about bonfire night and staying safe. The children have been doing some finger painting of fireworks.
